Presidential Lecture Series: Liz Dozier
Join us for an evening of insight, urgency, and action grounded in scholarship, leadership, and social responsibility. The Brooklyn College Presidential Lecture Series welcomes nationally recognized leader Liz Dozier in conversation with Brooklyn College President Michelle J. Anderson for a timely and urgent discussion on the Black maternal health crisis in the United States. Together, they will examine the systemic inequities driving this crisis and explore the critical role that higher education, philanthropy, and cross‑sector collaboration can play in advancing solutions. This conversation will challenge us to think boldly about accountability, research, policy, and care and why addressing Black maternal health is not only a public health imperative, but a moral one.
