Here's what you can expect. VW Bug Show & Contest Hippie Costume Contest Hula Hoop Contest Live Music Food & Beer Trucks Vendors We will meet at the outside bar at Dock's Waterfront Bar & Seafood Grill (https://www.facebook.com/dockswaterfront ) at 210 Dodecanese Blvd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. Look for the "big Adirondack chair" across from their deck at 3pm and head towards the water. We'll be at the bar. FREE PARKING & Jolley Shuttle - 2:30pm - 9:30pm at 508 Live Oak St, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. The Dog Park / Splash Park. We will meet back there again at 6pm in case we get separated or if folks would prefer to come later in the day and want to find us. According to the FB page, this FREE Event brings a whimsical break to the summer, reminiscent of Woodstock and UC Berkeley from the Hippie Era. Enjoy the popular VW Love Bug and Bus Rally, 70’s Music, Food Trucks and unique arts and crafts. Visit all the attractions, shops and dining along the Dodecanese Blvd. waterfront at the World Famous Sponge Docks! Live entertainment and music beginning at 3:30 and ends with The Black Honkeys Band from 7:30 - 9:00. There will be street performers and audience participation - prizes for Best adult’s & children’s Hippie Costumes and Best Hula Hooper. We will be dancing in the streets all night long so bring your dancing shoes, and help celebrate! Groovy man! This is a free, family friendly event.
