Positive Parenting educators believe that though there is no manual to be a parent, the right tools and approach can greatly benefit parents on their journey. Presented by Mercedes Nieves, a Senior Conflict & Dispute Resolution Specialist, Court Certified Mediator, Court approved parent educator, and certified domestic violence interventionist.
