The Vernon County Historical Society will be holding its popular Pork Chop Dinner on Saturday, August 29, at the Vernon County Museum & History Center. This drive through carryout event will be held from 4 pm until gone. On the menu will be a delicious charcoal grilled pork chop, baked potato, baked beans, applesauce, coleslaw, roll and a cookie. The Museum is located at the corner of S. Main and E. South Streets, Viroqua. Please enter the parking lot from the E. South Street entrance. This fund-raiser will help support the preservation of local history.
