Cypress Victoria Bakery: “I am a cottage bakery based in Erwin specializing in artisanal baked goods, including French macarons, profiteroles, cakes, and other specialty treats. I started baking when I was 15 and combined it with my passion for art to create treats that not only taste good, but look beautiful! I use high quality ingredients and every flavour, colour and design is always intentional and thoughtfully curated to create a delicious experience. I love to take inspiration from art, music and pop culture to create something that is fun and unique in flavour and appearance.” Join us at the teahouse for delicious treats and a cuppa tea.
