Surrounded by 100 year old oak trees, this immersive sound healing experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where stress melts away and balance is restored. Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning to your practice, this is a space to rest, release, and realign. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you get comfortable. Come as you are—leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself and the world around you. All are welcome. 🌿
