This presentation explores pollinator diversity, the challenges they face, and how to create vibrant, pollinator-friendly gardens using native plants, thoughtful design, and low-impact practices. Plus, learn about Maine’s Pollinator-Friendly Garden certification program. Chris Cook is a University of Maine Master Gardener Volunteer and retired attorney. Since completing the MGV training in 2023, she's been a dedicated volunteer at the Blaine House in Augusta, tending to their New England Garden. This program is free and open to the public!
