About this event
Join our in-person poetry conversation! This group will be led by poet and author Christine Beck. Christine will present a poem by a well-known poet, invite people to comment on it, and then offer a short writing exercise. The exercise would be fun and easy—no poetry background required. It’s always fun to share what everyone comes up with. This series is sponsored by the Connecticut Poetry Society. A new poet is featured each month. August’s poet is Rita Dove. Please register.
