Think stuffing, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, roasted squash, green bean dishes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, apple crisp, and all your favorite holiday classics, made from plants, of course. Bring a whole food plant-based / vegan dish inspired by your favorite Thanksgiving tradition. Whether it's a treasured family recipe with a plant-based makeover or a new seasonal favorite, we'd love for you to share it with the group. We'll also take a moment to celebrate gratitude; for our health, our community, the abundance of the harvest season, and the friendships that make our Plant Pod so special.
