About this event
Children in Grades K-2 are invited to a yoga and stretching class. We'll get active with some dancing and games before a mindful cooldown. Participants will learn breathing techniques to bring them to a calm and soothing state. Bring your favorite teddy or stuffed animal to practice the yoga poses. Bringing your own mat is encouraged, though we will have extras for anyone who needs them. Registration is required for each session and opens a month before the program. Due to the nature of this pr
