Mondays, October 12–December 14 6:30–8:00 PM Move. Play. Connect. We’re excited to launch a new PingPongParkinson® (PPP) chapter at the JCCMW! PingPongParkinson® is a global movement that uses table tennis to help people with Parkinson stay active, improve movement and coordination, and connect with others in a welcoming, supportive environment. Through weekly sessions, participants will play table tennis in a fun, social setting while engaging skills that can support balance, coordination, motor function, and neuroplasticity. This program is about more than table tennis. It’s an opportunity to move your body, challenge your brain, build connections, and have fun with others in the Parkinson community. What to Expect Weekly 90-minute table tennis sessions Fun, supportive, and inclusive environment Opportunities to improve coordination, movement, and motor skills Social connection with others in the Parkinson community Players of all experience levels are welcome 10-Session Series: $100 Register for the 10-session series.
