About this event
Meeting Room. Join us for a Pilates & Yoga fusion movement class, suitable and modified for any age or ability (with a chair or a mat)! The language of Sanskrit will be introduced. Breathing techniques, stress management, stretching, and strengthening exercises will be taught. This will be a very playful class imitating animals while paying attention to form and alignment. Presented by Jeanne Osgood, MA Certified Yoga/Pilates/Fitness Teacher Registration for the class is required.
