Expect controlled, precise, low-impact movement that strengthens your core, improves alignment, and leaves your body feeling longer, lighter, and stronger. This class is perfect for anyone who wants reformer-style results in an efficient, fun, and accessible mat-based format. Please bring your own mat, water, and perhaps some bug spray.
