Summer in Denver means one thing at Charlie Brown’s: the Pig Roast is back. Select Fridays throughout the summer, we fire up the roaster on the patio and slow-cook a whole hog the old-fashioned way. When the pig is ready, we pull it fresh from the roaster and hand out free plates of pulled pork to our guests. No tickets. No gimmicks. Just great food, cold drinks, and a lively crowd gathering on the patio before a night of music in Denver’s favorite piano bar. Come early, grab a drink, and watch the roast — once the pig comes off the roaster, plates go fast.
