I signed up to take this class and thought I'd post it to see whether others would like to attend it too. I'm originally from northeastern Pennsylvania so I grew up with pierogis, but they aren't exactly common here in Boise. So it looks like I have to learn to make them myself if I want to eat them! This class teaches you to make tender pierogi dough from scratch, then fill it with classic potato and cheese, savory spinach and feta, or rich mushrooms and onion. The class finishes on a sweet note with a warm, rustic berry crisp with a buttery oat topping. The class costs $75, which isn't cheap, but hey, it includes dinner.
