Physical Humor 100: The Comic Technician with Mick Holsbeke

Get silly, take bold creative risks, and find the funny through ensemble improv, physical comedy, and playful clown-inspired games. Ever since we were able to stand, we have been able to fall, and humans love to laugh at someone who stumbles, trips, bobbles, bumps into, gets hit by, or struggles with problems that should be easily avoidable or, otherwise, are simple to solve. In this class series, internationally renowned clown & circus artist Mick Holsbeke will guide students through an introduction to the foundations of Physical Comedy, offering participants a broad range of experience in the joys of being clumsy, accident-prone comic characters.
