Photo Walk + B&W Film Developing w/ Rachel Dickson

Join us for a special September Photo Walk and Black & White Film Developing workshop lead by Rachel Dickson! Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned pro this is a great opportunity to meet and shoot with other photography enthusiasts from the community, share tips and tricks with each other, and hone your skills all while exploring with your camera. For the September Photo Walk we will meet at 5pm at Pitch Black Printing located at 700E 4th St. and will spend an hour exploring the neighborhood with our cameras. We’ll then head back to the Holland Project where Rachel will lead us through the black & white film developing process. Participants are welcome to just join the photo walk portion of the workshop for free. Or pay $20 to receive a roll of 35mm black & white film to shoot and come back to Holland to develop with us! Bring your own trusty camera to shoot with or borrow a point-n-shoot film camera from Holland! Come on a photo adventure with us!! This workshop is taking place as part of our Community Darkroom series and includes access to come back and use the darkroom during open lab hours through September 2026.
