A NEPA Philharmonic string quartet performs music inspired by both Western and Indian classical traditions while participants enjoy a guided Yin yoga session focused on relaxation, mindfulness and gentle movement. The intimate performance creates a peaceful atmosphere where live music and yoga come together to promote rest and renewal. The session runs approximately 45 to 60 minutes without an intermission.
