Petrified Mud Run

The Petrified Mud Run is coming to Holbrook on Saturday, October 24. It’s about two miles of hills, tires, water and mud with 20 obstacles, a soapy bubble slide into the wash, and one giant slide at the finish line. Run it solo for $25 or bring a team of up to 10 for $150. Every runner who crosses the finish line gets a Petrified Mud Run finisher hat, and spectators are always free, so bring the whole crowd. Want to compete? The 10:00 race wave is for ages 14 and up, and the first man and woman across the line win. Open waves go every 15 minutes until 11:30 for everyone who just wants to have fun. Each wave is capped at 30 runners, so grab your spot early. Kids ages 4 to 10 get their own free muddy course right by the finish line. They don’t need to register, and a parent or guardian just signs a waiver on site. Check-in opens at 9:00 AM, so plan to get there about 30 minutes before your wave to check in and sign your waiver. Directions go out by email as soon as your entry is paid. Register Now Want the full rundown first? See all the details. New this year: a free Kids Loop for ages 4 to 10 on race day. No signup and no fee, just show up and let them run.
