Experience the music and stories of flutes from cultures around the world. This engaging presentation features Native American and Mesoamerican flutes representing Plains, Woodland, Maya, and Toltec traditions, along with Middle Eastern–style and Nordic flutes. Through music, history, and personal storytelling, the presenter explores themes of healing, confidence, diversity, and the connections we share. Following the one-hour presentation, audience members are invited to participate in a hands-on workshop using provided cedar flutes. No musical experience is required.
