Perimenopause Support in Nature: Raleigh

Hello Ladies of the Triangle! We will meet at Umstead State Park-Raleigh, Hwy 70 entrance, see map for specific parking lot meeting location. We will gather as a group for a facilitated conversation, followed by an easy hike if you would like to continue your conversations and get to know the other women further. Bring your water bottle and a blanket or towel to sit on the grass, as well as appropriate shoes for the hike if you are staying for that. The hike will be on a wooded trail with rocks and roots. If you need an accessible/paved trail, I can direct you to one that is easily accessible from this parking lot. Facilitator donations accepted day of via cash or Venmo. Suggested donation: $10-15.
