"Paws" to Read.... To Flapjack!

Children's Story Room. 🐾 Got a new reader? Let them practice their skills with the best listener around.. our new friend Flapjack! Flapjack is a calm and very friendly Mastiff and he loves a good story! This program offers a chance for children ages 5 to practice their reading skills in a judgement and interuption free zone! Each child signs up for one 15 minute timeslot. Registration is required - please call 860-355-1191 ext. 4217 or visit the Children's Department in person to sign up!! Bring a favorite book or borrow one of ours. Space is limited, so don't wait—those slots will go fast! 🐾 Grown-ups must stay on-site during the session.
