Passyunk Pilates - Ancestral Connection + Breathwork Workshop

Across cultures, this time of year offers an invitation to remember our ancestors—not only with grief, but with love, gratitude, storytelling, and connection. It's a time of year to reflect and remember that every generation before us carried breath, loved, struggled, celebrated, and passed something forward. Throug breathwork, ritual, sound, and reflection, we’ll create space to explore our relationship with those who came before us, and with that, carry their stories forward. You might bring an ancestor to mind. You might reflect on your family or cultural lineage. You might simply come with curiosity about what it means to belong to something larger than yourself. There is no particular way you need to experience this. Come as you are. Together, we’ll make space to breathe, remember, honor, and celebrate the many threads that have brought us here.
