Passport to Pairings Winemaker’s Dinner Saturday, August 29th | 6:00pm | Grand Pavilion Seven Countries. Seven Courses. One Unforgettable Evening. Embark on a culinary journey at our Passport to Pairings Winemakers Dinner with Childress Vineyards Winemaker, Mark Friszolowski. Chef Luis Plata has curated an unforgettable seven-course menu inspired by flavors from around the world, with each dish thoughtfully paired with Childress Vineyards wine.
