### An Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony The Passport Series invites curious travelers, families and culture lovers to explore the world one gathering at a time. For this chapter, we'll journey to Ethiopia—the birthplace of Arabica coffee—to experience a traditional coffee ceremony, share a meal, and discover a culture where hospitality is woven into everyday life. This experience is designed to encourage curiosity rather than expertise. Along the way, I'll share guidance on Ethiopian dining traditions, how meals are typically enjoyed and what to expect if it's your first time exploring the cuisine. Located near Atlanta's airport, this gathering can also make a fun outing for young aviation enthusiasts who enjoy watching airplanes before or after the experience. Children are invited to engage in the experience in their own way—whether they're fascinated by airplanes, curious about Ethiopian culture or simply enjoying the meal. We simply ask that parents remain mindful of the shared experience for everyone at the table. *** ## Registration **Adults (14+): $15** **Children's Ticket (Ages 5–13) – $5** The Children's Ticket includes participation in the Passport Series gathering and conversation.
