Prominent leaders in the public health and history of Baltimore will gather for a discussion of how they practice storytelling for the community. Join in on the discussion with Dr. Lawrence Brown, author of Black Butterfly: The Harmful Politics of Race and Space in America; Donzell Brown, Environmental Journalism Justice Initiative director; Dr. Sonya Gray, director of the Center for Urban Health Equity; and Imogen Brown, a researcher and storyteller. Enjoy the conversation in the Pratt African American Department Reading Room, where you’ll find the department’s rare books and other treasures.
