Park Yoga & Sound Healing

MEETUP SPOT: big field pavilion Move through a traditional Hatha yoga practice at sunset, emphasizing breathwork, holding postures, and inner awareness. We finish with a guided sound healing experience using crystal bowls to bring the body into a deeply relaxed, meditative state and ease the nervous system. This is a donation based event. I have a suggested amount of $20-$35 however, I understand circumstances may be different, so give what you can, whether it be monetary or helping clean up mats after class. Any donations I receive will be sent towards a local non profit aimed to preserve our canyons and forests, and the rest will be used for what I’m providing, mats, snacks, water, yoga, sound healing, etc. more details sent upon sign up.🧘🏼‍♀️
