Papio NRD: Terrestrial Animals

Room 102, 1st floor. Join us for an interactive program all about terrestrial animals. Nebraska boasts many unique habitats, from woodlands to short and tall grass prairies to agricultural fields and sandhill dunes. The diverse landscape is home to several species of land-dwelling animals. Join our community partners from Papio NRD to learn what adaptations help these native critters survive. This is a free event for kids ages 0-12. Registration is required and opens Jan. 1. All Omaha Public Library locations are wheelchair accessible.
