!!This is an external event. I do not run it! It is run by the community. Please go to the website to make sure it is being held. There are only two times in the past year and a half I have been going I have heard it being cancelled but I do not want you to go and not find it. This happened to me, too.!! Looking for something fun and meaningful to do on Thursdays? ❤️💕 This is a long running event and I was helping the organizer with his community garden and it was decided time to put this in the meetup☺️☺️. The events are dependant on availiable instructors so keep an eye out to check the time it’s occuring and see if it’s still happening each week. I won’t be attending every week but please come and connect and relax 😎 They host movement classes (think yoga, Brazilian Zouk, and more) and sound baths every Thursday between 5:30 and 7:00 pm, followed by a casual community hangout. Start times shift a bit with the seasons, so keep an eye out for updates. Everything is donation-based, and the instructors are incredible. Attendance ranges from 7 to over 50 people, so you’ll always find a mix of new faces and familiar friends. Since this is an external event, not everyone will show up on this platform—so make sure to connect with other attendees in person and see who else from Conected is there. Want more details?
