Owensboro’s Got Talent Preliminary Round

Owensboro’s Got Talent returns in March 2026! CALLING ALL TYPES OF UNIQUE AND INTERESTING TALENT! Sign up now to be a part of one of our two preliminary rounds, which will take place on May 9th and 23rd at The Empress Theatre. All types of talents and acts are welcome! Some examples include (but are not limited to) the following: Magicians Comedians Singers Songwriters Musicians Jugglers Actors Acrobats Dancers Poets Artists Speed Painters Storytellers The Finale will take place on June 6th at The Empress Theatre. Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Contestants! First Place Prize: $1250 Second Place: $750 Third Place: $500 Complete the following registration form if interested in performing in Owensboro’s Got Talent. The minimum age to participate is 10 years, and each act is limited to 8 participants. There will be a $5 non-refundable fee for each act. The participant will be contacted in 2-3 days by email from a Theatre Workshop of Owensboro staff member to provide the link to pay the $5 fee. Please note that if the fee is not paid by the deadline, your reservation to perform will be revoked. Participants will also receive directions on uploading tracks, which must be in wav or mp3 format. Applications will be accepted until all available slots are filled, so don’t delay!
