Outside the Box - Cthulhu Dark

Meeting Room. Interested in seeing if tabletop role-playing games might be for you, but intimidated by the thick rulebooks? Familiar with TTRPGs, but wanting to branch out from the usual fantasy games into new genres? Come join us at Outside the Box, PPL's official TTRPG program! Our resident game masters will run a series of games using a variety of TTRPG systems intended to introduce our players to the breadth of content that TTRPGs have to offer! Join us this time as we plunge our players into a world shadowed just out of sight by the eldritch and the horrible, as they are exposed to the terrible truths contained within Cthulhu Dark! Cthulhu Dark is a simplified version of the venerated Call of Cthulhu series of TTRPGs focused on investigating the unnatural mysteries of the world and trying to prevent the horrible truth from driving your character to madness. Players will band together as a team of investigators to discover the truth surrounding an eldritch mystery and see if they can escape alive! Characters will be made in session, new and experienced players welcome, snacks will be provided, Ages 13 welcome, slots are limited so registration is encouraged. See you there!
