Our Power, Our Planet: An Earth Day Session Honoring Mother Earth

Join Hilary A. McManus, Ph.D., ACC, for a 50-minute guided Earth Day experience that weaves mindfulness practice, grounded learning, and community reflection into a session designed to reconnect you with the planet and with your own power to protect it. Weather permitting, part of the session may move outdoors so dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes. Bring a pen and paper. Free and open to the community. No registration required. Dr. McManus is the director of the Environmental Sciences Program at Le Moyne College and an ACC-credentialed leadership coach. Her work sits at the intersection of environmental education, mindfulness practice, and community leadership. She brings to this session both deep scientific knowledge of the living systems we share and a commitment to the kind of presence and reflection that turns knowledge into action.
