Weather permitting, let's go to North Park and walk the 4.5-mile loop around the lake. Please note that we will have 2 groups. Hopefully the weather will cooperate for this workout walk, which will be a faster pace, averaging an 18-minute mile walk. We should be able to walk the 4.5 miles in 80 minutes. Also, we will have a separate group if you walk at a slower pace. As a result, we will have two separate groups of walkers. You can decide that morning as to which pace you prefer to walk. We'll meet at the Boathouse Parking Lot (in front of Over-the Bar) at 10:30. The walking trail is paved, and mostly level with one hill at the end of the walk or can walk on level pavement.
