This passionate tale of love, lust, murder, and sacrifice combines unforgettable music with high-stakes melodrama. Tosca is at the center of a current opera-world controversy surrounding upcoming performances at the Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie Hall. Tanisha will explore the music, history and drama behind this enduring classic. Join us in person at the library or live on Zoom. A live aria will be performed in person.
