World-class voices.Music for everyone, right in the heart of DC. **Opera Outside brings the magic of opera beyond the concert hall and into the heart of Washington, DC.** Presented by Washington Concert Opera, this community-focused series of free, open-air concerts features rising artists performing in some of the city’s most beloved public spaces.
