Pianist/Host: Kenneth Gartman Featured Entertainer: Christina Connors Cost: $15 Doors open at 5:30 pm. Sign-up for those who wish to perform is from 5:30-5:55 pm. You must sign up by 5:55 pm to perform. Once the show starts we may not be able to accommodate additional performers. Bring music printed out in your key, and Kenneth will accompany you at the piano for your moment at the microphone. Comedians, poets, writers and musicians are all encouraged to perform! After the event, we will move the party to BanC House for a special 2 for 1 drink offer. The monthly Open Mic Night is hosted by singer/pianist Kenneth Gartman. The Featured Entertainer for October is CHRISTINA CONNORS. The evening is structured as a traditional open mic night with the Featured Entertainer doing a set in the middle of the evening. Some snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. CHRISTINA CONNORS (Featured Entertainer) is a Burnout Prevention Specialist, keynote singer, and MBSR-certified mindfulness practitioner who helps caregivers, parents, and teachers find their way back to calm through the healing power of music. She’s the creator of The S.O.N.G. Method™, a music-centered approach to personal transformation, and a monthly contributor to Natural Awakenings Magazine. She’s also Founder and President of The Soulful Forest Inc., a nonprofit bringing music and mindfulness to children and caregivers nationwide. SoulfulForestInc.org CAROLYN CLINTON (Featured Entertainer) is a Norwalk, CT native and proud graduate of Wagner College’s Theatre Performance program. She has most recently been seen in the Downtown Cabaret Theatre’s TYA 2025-2026 season.
