Join our BEATS Jam Society gathering at Idea Forge Studios on Monday, September 14th. Music is better together. Join us for our BEATS Jam Society Open Jam Night, a relaxed, welcoming evening where musicians, singers, and creators of all experience levels can connect, collaborate, and simply enjoy making music. Whether you’ve been performing for years, just picked up your first instrument, or want to cheer others on, you’re invited. Bring your own instrument or borrow one of ours. A selection of keyboards, ukuleles, acoustic guitars, hand drums, and percussion instruments will be available. No Idea Forge Studios membership is required, and there is no cost to attend. What to expect: Open, welcoming jam sessions Musicians of all skill levels A supportive, creative community Opportunities to meet local artists and collaborators Some instruments available to use No registration is required. RSVP is appreciated if you’d like to borrow an instrument so we can have everything ready for you. Come for a song, stay for the evening, and help us kick off a new community tradition. BEATS Jam Society is part of the growing creative community at Idea Forge Studios at Project Imo, where people of all ages come together to learn, create, collaborate, and share their talents. Whether you’re interested in music, audio production, filmmaking, photography, digital art, or simply meeting other creative people, Idea Forge Studios is designed to bring those passions together under one roof. This new monthly jam grew out of the incredible energy we experienced during Make Music Day Willimantic. Throughout the day, musicians of every age and experience level filled downtown with live performances, spontaneous collaborations, community drum circles, and first-time performers sharing the stage alongside seasoned artists.…
