About this event
Come to the Strong-Howard House hearth and learn by doing. Prepare under the instruction of experienced hearth cook, Becky Hendricks and enjoy a dinner of gourd soup, pounded cheese, roasted chicken with potatoes, Cheshire pork pye, roasted seasonal vegetables, spinach, watercress, and radish sallet, sweet potato biscuits, and Marlborough pudding. This is not a nut-free environment. $80 per person plus an estimated $12-15 food costs Register here
