Thank-you for your continued friendship & support.** Join nervous system informed Somatic Practitioner Lena Vieira in discussion about our relationship with our bodies and the way it informs our health, habits and interpersonal dynamics. These discussions circles will have themes related to stress responses, self and co-regulation, the shadow, internalized misogyny, image and the masks we wear, creating safety in the nervous system and exercises for release and restoration. **Facilitator: Lena Vieira, [lenasglass@gmail.com](mailto:lenasglass@gmail.com)** Lena attended the Somatic Institute for Woman and facilitates one on one sessions as a somatic educator and coach. She regards the teachings and understanding she gained through that education as knowledge all of us should have and implement. We will explore these concepts with movement, breath, practices that strengthen the mind/ body connection, discussion, journal prompts and sound.
