## Tuesday October 13th, 12:00pm - 1:30pm ##### **2nd Tuesday of the month at bliss, 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Mt. Pleasant, The Mezzanine Suite 228. Please gather in the Connecting Cafe.** **Menu: Marc Paustian has been shrimping this season and he wants to share! Come enjoy his Jambalaya and Midge's Tzatziki w/ fresh cut veggies & pita crackers, Gluten Free Apple Crisp and YOUR dish to share if you wish…** Door Prizes and an optional $5 50/50 Raffle. Make a plan to stay for a deep guided meditation at Dr. Antoinette's Brain Tap Clinic after lunch. The Menu is published on the bliss website, Meetup calendar, the bliss Buzz newsletter and via Facebook post on the Sunday prior to the lunch. Please email [midge@blissspiritualco-op.org](mailto:midge@blissspiritualco-op.org) in advance if you plan to bring a dish to share so it may be included on the invitation menu. **Connect:** All are welcome to come and enjoy a communal lunch for a donation of $9 NO TAX NO TIPS to support the programs at bliss. **Love:** A good cook never lacks friends. It is helpful if you volunteer for a date in advance to share your favorite salad, soup, casserole or dessert and enjoy the lunch for a $5 donation. **Share:** If cooking is not your strength, consider donating ingredients from our wish list on the website under Requested Items & Service Needs. **Lead:** We are always seeking happy, helpful volunteer(s) to help with set-up, serving and clean-up.
