As technology and artificial intelligence (AI) continue to evolve, online scams, and misinformation are becoming increasingly convincing, making it more important than ever to know what to look for and what to do if something doesn’t seem right. Join the Arizona Cybersecurity Clinic for an engaging presentation and discussion about online safety, cybersecurity awareness, privacy, AI, social engineering, and practical ways to protect yourself in today’s digital world. Learn simple strategies for protecting your personal information, recognizing warning signs, responding to potential scams, and finding trusted resources to help you stay safe and confident online. Dr. Paul Wagner is a Professor of Practice in Cyber Operations at the University of Arizona and serves as Director of the Arizona Cybersecurity Academy and the Arizona Cybersecurity Clinic. Through the Cybersecurity Clinic, he provides students with hands-on experiential learning while partnering with community organizations to strengthen cybersecurity awareness and resilience. Drawing on more than 20 years of military experience and cybersecurity expertise, Dr. Wagner is dedicated to strengthening cybersecurity resilience through education, outreach, and practical guidance for individuals, businesses, and communities. Dr. Rob Honomichl is an Associate Professor of Practice in Cyber Operations at the University of Arizona, leads the K-20 initiatives for the Arizona Cybersecurity Academy, and is a member of the Arizona Cybersecurity Clinic.
