Oneness Love Breathwork & Bowls

Pran-Asana Yoga is the Yoga of energy work on the Light Body. Our Light Body is the totality of our mental, emotional and spiritual essence and contains both shadow and LIGHT! In these practices we work with breathwork, meridian stimulation, movement, mantra, mudras, meditation and visualization for the simple purpose of expanding our LIGHT and unwinding shadow. Most of us have been conditioned to live in fear, stress, separation, limitation and lack and the core belief that we are simply not enough unless we do this or that and have this or that and look this way or that way...ALL PURE NONSENSE. In these sessions we clear it...piece by piece and as shadow unwinds LOVE and LIGHT expands. These sessions work FAST! ALL sessions include Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and gong allowing for a complete frequency calibration. ANYONE CAN DO THIS! EVERYONE BENEFITS!! COME PLAY!!!
