ONE MISSION. The Lady Juliana: A Benefit Reading One night of music and storytelling. One 26.2-mile journey through New York City. And one mission: to turn challenge into something that matters. Join composer, writer, educator, and marathon runner Elaine Pechacek for a special benefit performance supporting her 2026 TCS New York City Marathon run for Sarcoidosis Research. Diagnosed with sarcoidosis in 2020, Elaine's journey with the disease has included remission, setbacks, and the unpredictable reality of living with an illness that doesn't always follow the rules. Somewhere along the way, running became part of that story. What began one race at a time grew into half marathons, 5Ks, 10Ks, trail races, and challenges across the country, dnd now, the biggest starting line yet: the 2026 New York City Marathon.
