About this event

Prost to a little Bavarian spirit, Rohrbach style. We’re going full gemütlichkeit with four Oktoberfest-inspired courses, each paired with a handcrafted brew. The Menu Course 1 • Obatzada [Traditional Bavarian cheese spread popular in South Germany] seasoned Camembert cheese seasoned with fresh herbs and paprika, breaded and fried; served with sliced radish and soft pretzel sticks Paired with TBA Course 2 • Kopfsalata Salad butter lettuce, roasted red and yellow beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, German vinaigrette [SalatsoBe] Paired with TBA Course 3 • Wiesnhendl OR Forelle in der Pekannusskruste meat: rotisserie-style bone-in chicken seasoned with brown butter, salt, pepper, and paprika, cooked on a bed of fresh herbs and garlic cloves fish: pecan and herb-crusted trout, creamy mustard pan sauce [SenfsoBe] served with oven-roasted fingerling potatoes and tri-colored baby carrots Paired with TBA Course 4 • Kaiserschmarrn mit Banane light and fluffy Austrian torn and caramelized pancakes topped with a traditional Bananas Foster and whipped cream Paired with TBA Advance ticket sale only.
