That notorious nine-piece jazz band out of LA that takes classic rock staples and timeless jazz standards and rearranges them into a colorful blend of ‘Mutt-Pop’. Led by singer Sonny Moon and featuring top SoCal session pros, the presentation is swank, quirky, irreverent retro fun. The music is a martini mix of straight-ahead, big band swing, Latin, lounge and bop, with bits and pieces of rock quotes thrown in just to see if you’re payin’ attention. And it’s a gas.
