Join instructor Ian Carr for a morning cooking cozy winter classics from Denmark. Ian will demonstrate his take on Danish meatballs, carmelized potatoes, and red cabbage, highlighting seasonal produce and his take on family recipes that are perfect for the holidays and beyond. This demonstration style class includes a light lunch, tea and coffee. Students may be interested in staying for the afternoon session Classic Danish Desserts. Advanced registration required.
