Learn several classic Danish desserts, then sample the sweet treats in this afternoon demonstration-style class! Ian will share tips and tricks for tackling a classic Danish marzipan wreath cake, red berry pudding with cream, and a rice pudding, all wonderful recipes to return to all year round. This demonstration style class includes samples, tea and coffee. Students may also be interested in the morning class featuring classic Danish winter dishes. Advanced registration required.
