Create a stunning dried flower wreath for the winter season with instructor Elle Sullivan in this two-hour evening workshop. Bring a little color to your home this winter in this floral wreath workshop with farmer-florist Elle Sullivan of Mellifera Flowers! Using vibrant dried flowers, leaves, and grasses, students will build hand-tied wreath from preserved elements of last year’s harvest. The workshop will begin with a discussion of color theory and other design principles to consider for wreath-making, and Elle will demo the tips and tricks she’s cultivated over the years for making a balanced and personality-filled wreath. Students will finish the workshop with a long lasting completed wreath made on a 10″ base. Additional information: Advanced registration required. A $50 materials fee is due in class to the instructor and covers all materials to make a 10″ wreath. This workshop is suitable for students 18+. No previous experience necessary.
