Ormond Beach Regional Library Sandcastle Auditorium. Noon Year’s Eve is a literacy program designed for children and families to ring in the New Year in a daytime format. Participants engage in music, movement activities, crafts, and a countdown-style celebration at noon that encourages creativity, literacy, and community connections. Participants are encouraged to dress in festive clothing if they choose. This program is typically designed for pre-K and early elementary ages, with family participation encouraged. Programs are held at Ormond Beach Regional Library on December 31 at 11:30 a.m. Registration is not required.
