About this event
The most critical relationship in any nonprofit organization is the relationship between the Board of Directors and the Executive Director. A close working relationship amongst a nonprofit’s leadership requires time, intentionality, vulnerability, and the right procedures. We will examine feedback from effective Board / ED pairs for ideas on navigating this critical relationship. This four-part series, happening weekly throughout October, will explore the necessary board policies, volunteer management strategies, and distribution of power needed for Board members and Executive Directors to move nonprofits forward.
